Support your nervous system steadiness, breath regulation and body awareness

4-Week Somatic Education
Early life stress and chronic relational threat can lead to adaptations such as dissociation, reduced proprioception, altered breathing patterns, and difficulty sensing the body in space. Somatic education supports rebuilding body–brain communication, improving spatial awareness, and developing reliable self-regulation skills.

-
How the nervous system responds to stress and safety

-
Boundaries, integration, and sustainable daily practices
Weekly
Structure
Week 1: Orientation and Nervous System Foundations
Introduction to the nervous system in accessible language, with a focus on safety, orientation, and grounding. Learn how stress responses show up in daily life and begin gentle breath and movement practices.
Week 2: Emotional Patterns and the Body
Explore where emotions are held in the body and how stress patterns develop over time. Includes breath re-education, somatic awareness, and Traditional Chinese Medicine perspectives on emotion and organ systems.
Week 3: Proprioception and Regulation
Develop body awareness, spatial orientation, and self-regulation skills through movement, breath, and gentle somatic practices. Learn how to interrupt stress loops and support nervous system steadiness.

Week 4: Integration and Boundaries

Focus on integration, sustainable daily practices, and embodied boundaries. Learn how to carry regulation skills forward beyond the program and into daily life.

About the educator behind the work: Sara Salehi
Sara Salehi is a neuroscience-trained somatic practitioner, educator, and registered acupuncturist with over 13 years of teaching experience. Her work bridges neuroscience, Traditional Chinese Medicine, movement, and somatic education to help people understand how their nervous systems respond to stress, change, and daily life.
Sara’s approach is grounded in a simple philosophy. Education creates choice. Practical tools build capacity. Restoration allows the nervous system to integrate. Rather than pushing for change, her work supports clarity, regulation, and trust in the body’s natural intelligence.
