The movement teacher toolbox program is a neuroscience-informed, applied somatic training designed for yoga teachers and movement professionals who want to teach with greater safety, confidence, and clarity, without burning themselves out.

Many people find this work during transitions like menopause, trauma recovery, divorce, burnout, or identity shifts. These periods can feel disorienting, but they’re often invitations to slow down and listen more closely. About Sara
Sara Salehi is a neuroscience-trained somatic practitioner, educator, and registered acupuncturist with over 13 years of experience.
​
With a background in neuroscience, psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Canadian Armed Forces, her work bridges modern science with embodied, restorative practices. Sara is known for translating complex nervous system concepts into tools people can actually use, especially during times of transition.
