A place to slow down and come home to yourself

Honesty, you truly are
a gem of a human. You know how to soothe, heal and teach us how
to reconnect with such grace.

PHILOSOPHY

An update for your nervous system

Most of us were never taught how our nervous system works, so when stress, burnout, trauma, or major life changes show up, we assume something is wrong with us. Somatic Wellness blends neuroscience, somatic education, and restorative practices to help you understand your body’s responses, regulate your system, and trust yourself again.

Somatic Healing Programs

Learn how your nervous system actually works

These educational programs are designed to help you understand stress responses like fight, flight and freeze, and how they show up in your body and daily life.

Through breath, movement and somatic awareness, you’ll build practical regulation skills that support steadiness, clarity and long-term resilience.

Somatic Skills for Movement Teachers

Teaching movement is about more than technique. It requires nervous system awareness, attunement, and presence. The movement teacher toolbox program is a neuroscience-informed, applied somatic training designed for yoga teachers and movement professionals who want to teach with greater safety, confidence, and clarity, without burning themselves out.

Support for the in-between seasons of life

Many people find this work during transitions like menopause, trauma recovery, divorce, burnout, or identity shifts. These periods can feel disorienting, but they’re often invitations to slow down and listen more closely. This work offers structure, education, and support so your nervous system doesn’t have to do it all alone. Private bodywork sessions, resources and programs available.

Support for an overworked nervous system

Occasional emails with practical education, updates, simple practices, and nervous system insights you can actually use.
